带状注速调管多间隙输出腔的粒子模拟

摘    要:带状注器件在高频率、高功率方向发展潜力巨大,而多间隙腔是提高效率和功率容量的有效手段。本文提出了一 种带状注速调管多间隙输出腔,并设计了一种Ka波段带状注速调管输出腔。此输出腔结构可以获得好的输出耦合特性, 以及理想的电场场形。最后通过MAGIC粒子模拟软件对电子注群聚,能量转换以及输出腔频谱特性等作了仿真和详细分 析,在中心频率获得了稳定的功率输出,互作用效率达到50%以上。

Abstract:Sheet beam klystron is a kind of microwave vacuum device, which has great potential to increase power capability and beam-wave interaction efficiency. In this paper, a multi-gap output cavity sheet-beam klystron is designed and used in design of the output cavity of a Ka-band sheet-beam klystron. The structure can get a better output coupling characteristics and a better shape of electric field for better beam-wave interaction. The article also analyzes and introduces the theory of equivalent circuit for output cavity. Finally, a output power is gotten at the center frequency in the particle simulation, with interaction efficiency of more than 50%.
