电调梳状带通滤波器的设计

摘    要:本文设计了一种能够在特高频(UHF)工作的可电调梳状微带线带通滤波器,可通过调节加在变容二极管两 端的电压值实现滤波器工作频率的改变,可调工作频段为500MHz-1000MHz,电压调节范围为1-13V。具有带宽小、 阻带抑制高、结构小型化、易程控迅速精确切换频率以及加工一致性较好等特点。文中还就变容二极管选取、建模以 及一些敏感的参数等做了讨论。

Abstract:This paper showed an electric-tuanable bandpass combline filter working in the ultrahigh frequency(UHF) with adjustable working frequency of 500MHz-1000MHz by changing the voltage added in both ends of the varactor diode.Such advantages should be mentioned as narrow bandwidth,high attenuation,small size,easy control by programming and good consistency and etc..We also discussed how to choose varactor diode and build model in software and analyze some sensitive factor related.
