摘    要:本文研究了ZrO_2-MgO系湿敏陶瓷Zr/Mg比及添加剂对其湿阻性能的影响,摸索了有关配方和工艺。实验结果表明,提高Zr/Mg比,并引入某些M_2O_3(M为三价金属元素)外加剂对湿阻性能有利,但低温下元件的阻值仍较高。进一步添加外加剂如Li_2CO_3,可使湿阻性能得到改善。

Abstract:The effects of Zr/Mg ratio and additives on the humidity-resistance characteristics of the ZrO_2-MgO ceramics were studied. The batch compositions and the manufacturing technique were explored. The results showed that by increasing the Zr/Mg ratio and also by introducing some additives such as M_2O_3 (M-trivalent metal element), the humidity-resistance characteristics were improved. But in the case of lower humidity, the resistance of humidity remains high. The humidity-resistance characteristics can be improved further by introducing some additives such as Li_2CO_3
