柞蚕丝逐级水解后其氨基酸组成的研究

摘    要:本文以5.7N盐酸逐级水解柞蚕丝,分析水解产物中各种氨基酸的组成.发现柞蚕丝素结晶部分中含有一定量的“难水解区”.其中含有大量的丙氨酸,同时还含有甘氨酸、天门冬氨酸、丝氨酸、缬氨酸、谷氨酸、精氨酸等.值得注意的是,这些氨基酸在水解产物中的摩尔比相当稳定.

Abstract:In thir paper,tussah silk was gradully hydrolysed by 5. 7N hydrochloric acid and the compositions ofamino-acids of hydrolysed products was analysed. The result shows that the crystalline section ofTussah silk contein some section hard to hydrolys. It was proved the composition of Alanino to berich and other amino-acids to be contained too. (Example:Glycine,Glutamic, Serice, Aspartic,Va-line and Argnine) It is noteworthy that the molecular ratio of the amino-acids of the hydrolysedproducts is rather stable.
