实施科普人才队伍建设工程的理论思考

立足我国经济社会发展对科普人才的需求,从理论上和现实需要上,论述了我国应当实施的科普人才建设工程及其内涵。提出要面向基层,面向新农村建设,大力培养面向基层的科普人才;大力发展科普志愿者队伍;重点培育一批高水平的科普场馆专门人才和科普创作与设计、科普研究与开发、科普传媒、科普产业经营、科普活动策划与组织等方面的高端科普人才。
