摘    要:通过自制的连续式反应器,采用湿法合成和添加新型辅助试剂氨水的方法合成了β-Co(OH)2,研究了pH值、反应温度、NaOH溶液的浓度、CoSO4溶液和氨水溶液的流速以及洗涤方式等反应参数的影响,确定了最佳的反应条件:pH=10.50,反应温度为90℃,NaOH溶液的浓度为4 mol/L,CoSO4溶液和氨水溶液的流速分别为50 mL/h和31 mL/h,选择50℃的蒸馏水进行洗涤。该方法适合于工业化生产。

Abstract:A novel preparation technology for β-Co(OH)_2 by home-made continuous reactor,using the methods of wet synthesis and adding ammonia were reported.The reaction conditions,including pH value,reaction temperature,concentration of NaOH,flow rate of CoSO_4 and ammonia water,method of washing were investigated and optimized.pH was kept at about 10.50 and temperature was controlled at 90℃,concentration of NaOH was 4 mol/L.The flow rate of CoSO_4 solution and ammonia water,was 50 mL/h and 31 mL/h respectively.The product was fully washed with distilled water of 50℃.This novel technology can be applied to industrial production.
