摘    要:基于镁合金在军工领域的工程应用与轻量化承压舱体的结构特点,将铸造镁合金材料用于水下航行器承压舱体壳体结构。选用ZM5铸造镁合金材料,设计试制耐水压薄壁舱体典型结构1∶1试验件,开展不同外部水压载荷下试件结构应力和变形测试,进行壳体结构连接密封性试验。结果表明,ZM5镁合金薄壁舱体结构强度和刚度满足水中载荷要求,承压结构和楔环连接稳定,密封性良好,承受外压载荷不低于1.5MPa。

Abstract:Based on the military engineering applications of magnesium alloys and structure features of light-weight pressure-resistant cabin,this paper puts forward that foundry magnesium alloy may be the suitable material applied to pressure-resistant cabin structure of the unmanned underwater vehicles.ZM5 magnesium alloy was selected,and typical structure test piece(scale 1∶1) of the water pressure-resistant cabin with thin-walled structure was designed and fabricated.Under the different outside hydraulic pressures,the structural stresses and distortions of the piece were measured,and capability of the structure connection and tightness was tested.The results show that the structure intensity and rigidity satisfy the requirement of underwater load,wedged-ring connection and air-tightness are stable,load bearing capacity exceeds 1.5 MPa.
