摘    要:以六氟磷酸为原料,经络合反应、锂交换反应和浓硫酸反应制备了LiPF_6。铝盐浓度为1.0 mol/L时,LiPF_6在碳酸乙烯酯中的电导率是7.53 mS/cm。将自制LiPF_6配以不同电解液有机溶剂,在最佳锂盐浓度、最佳溶剂及溶剂配比下,测定了LiPF_6的电导率。结果表明,自制LiPF_6的电导率高,LiPF_6的品质符合锂离子电池电解质盐的要求。

Abstract:Using hexafluorophosphoric acid as raw material,LiPF6 was prepared through meridian synthetic reaction,Li-ion exchange reaction and concentrated sulfuric acid reaction.When the salt concentration is 1.0 mol/L,the electrical conductivity of LiPF6 in ethylene carbonate is 7.53 mS/cm.Under the circumstances of optimal concentration of lithium salt,solvent and optimal ratio,the electrical conductivity of the mixed LiPF6 with different organic solvent electrolyte was mensurated.The result shows that the electrical conductivity of the prepared LiPF6 is very high,and its quality meets the requirement of the electrolyte salt in lithium-ion battery.
