摘    要:针对质量监督部门对氢镍电池的质量检测和电池厂家对于电池的研发,设计了一种氢镍电池充放电循环检测系统。系统采用了STM8单片机作为电子控制单元核心,对氢镍电池的各个参数进行采样汇总并用计算机进行储存、绘图等工作。重点对电流电压采样电路、信号调理电路、恒流控制电路、供电电路等进行了设计和研究。并对下位机和上位机的软件提出了实现的方法。实验证明,系统能够按照国家标准检测氢镍电池,且运行长期稳定。

Abstract:For the purpose of the quality testing of MH-Ni battery,a MH-Ni battery charge and discharge cycle detection system used by the quality supervision departments and battery manufacturers was designed.The STM8 MCU was used as the electronic control unit to collect all the parameters of the battery and draw the graphics.The current voltage sampling circuit,signal conditioning circuit,constant current control circuit and power supply circuit were designed.MCU and computer's software implementation method were also proposed.The system in long-term stable operation can test MH-Ni battery according to the national standard.
