摘    要:通过优化的工艺制备了一种方形12 Ah铝塑膜软包装的风力发电锂离子动力电池,所制备电池的正负极活性物质分别为LiNi1/3Co11/3Mn1/3O2、钛酸锂(Li4Ti5O12),隔膜为25μm厚的聚乙烯.对所制备的电池在1.4~2.8V的条件下进行充放电测试,当常温下以4.0C循环6 000次时电池容量的保持率高于97%,且并未出现胀气现象;当高温下以0.5 C放电时容量为常温下的109.1%,且脉冲放电比功率最高为2 236 W/kg,当对5只100% SOC的电池串联后进行针刺测试时,并未出现起火爆炸等现象.

Abstract:A soft square 12 Ah plastic film packaging wind power lithium ion power battery was designed through optimization of the technological process,and the battery positive and negative electrode active materials prepared were LiNi1/3Co1/3Mn1/3O2,lithium titanate (Li4Ti5O12),and the diaphragm was 25 iμm thick polyethylene.The charge and discharge test of the battery was under 1.4 ~ 2.8 V conditions.Under room temperature,at 4.0 C and circulation for 6 000 times,battery capacity retention rate was more than 97%,and the flatulence phenomenon was not appeared.Under high temperature,at 0.5 C and for discharge,the capacity was 109.1% of the room temperature,and the pulse discharge power was of the most high 2 236 W/kg.When five series 100% SOC battery prick test was done,and the fire explosion phenomenon was not occurred.
