矿用大容量锂电池组实时均衡方案设计

摘    要:设计了新型矿用运输车的大容量锂电池组主动均衡方案。该方案能配合主控管理系统实现组内锂电池的容量均衡,实现矿用锂电池电机组的高效安全运营。该方案采用数字电源技术控制双向拓扑器件实现能量的双向交互,并且采用开关切换矩阵精确连接每节电池和电池组。给出了设计方案的实现原理、电路拓扑结构及系统控制流程。实际应用结果表明该方案具有均衡电流大、效率高等优点,能够实现实时有效的主动均衡效果。

Abstract:The new active balancing solution of large capacity lithium battery pack for mining transporter was designed.The scheme could cooperate with the main control system to realize the capacity balancing of lithium-ion batteries and the efficient and safe operation of the electric motor group with mining lithium battery.The digital power technology was used to control the bidirectional topology device to realize the bidirectional interaction of energy,and the switch matrix was used to connect the cells and pack.The implementation principle,topology structure and control process of the system were given.The practical application results show that the solution has the advantages of large balancing current and high efficiency,and it can achieve real-time and effective active balancing effect.
