磷酸加入动力铅炭电池电解液可行性仿真分析

摘    要:研究了向动力铅炭电池电解液中加入磷酸后电池性能的变化情况,对此方案进行仿真分析。通过对电池进行循环伏安测试、循环寿命测试及线性扫描曲线等发现,向电解液中加入磷酸后可对正极板的析氧起到明显的抑制作用,同时可抑制正极的充电反应。研究表明,动力铅炭电池的电解液中并不适合加入磷酸材料。

Abstract:The performance of the battery was studied after the addition of phosphoric acid into the lead carbon battery.By cyclic voltammetry,cycle life test and linear scanning curves on the battery,the oxygen evolution of the positive plate were obviously inhibited by the addition of phosphoric acid to the electrolyte.At the same time,the positive charge reaction was inhibited.The results show that the power lead carbon battery is not suitable for the addition of phosphoric acid.
