摘    要:蓄电池组状态的实时监测与评价是变电站直流电源系统在线监测的关键技术。建立了蓄电池落后单体的动态和静态评价指标体系,提出了一种利用模糊综合评价模型对蓄电池落后单体评价的算法。开发了变电站直流电源状态监测与评价系统平台,阐述了系统软件的功能组成和设计框架,介绍了基于数据采集层、数据透明转发层和监控中心管理层的数据架构。实现了模糊综合评价模型算法在软件中的嵌入式应用,对掌握蓄电池组的实时健康状况具有重要作用。

Abstract:The real-time monitoring and evaluation of batteries state is the key technology of online monitoring for substation DC power system.The dynamic and static evaluation index system of battery was set up;a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model was proposed for the evaluation of backward single battery.The system platform for the status monitoring and evaluating of DC power supply was developed,and the function and design framework of system software were described;the framework of data acquisition layer,data transparent transmission layer and the monitoring center management layer was introduced based on research data.Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is implemented,which has an important role on the real-time health status monitoring for battery pack.
