锰酸锂电池掺杂钴镍对电化学性能影响研究

摘    要:通过烧结法向锰酸锂电池的正极材料中分别掺杂钴和镍后得到相应的电池,同时制备得到纯相的锰酸锂电池。通过X射线衍射仪、等离子发射光谱仪、电化学性能测试系统及电子扫描电镜等对其产物的组成、微观形貌、结构特征及充放电特性等进行表征。研究表明,所制备的掺杂钴和镍的锰酸锂电池的结晶度较高、颗粒较均匀且无明显的杂质相;掺杂钴和镍的锰酸锂电池的首次放电比容量分别为118.5、108.2 mAh/g;50次循环后,放电比容量分别为110.8、101.9mAh/g,50次循环后比容量的保持率分别为93.5%、94.2%。

Abstract:Lithium battery cathode materials were doped with cobalt and nickel through the sintering process,and also the pure phase lithium batteries were prepared.The composition,micro morphology,structure and charge discharge characteristics of the products were characterized by X ray diffraction,plasma emission spectrometer,electrochemical performance test system and electron scanning electron microscope.The study results show that lithium manganese battery doped with cobalt and nickel has high crystallinity,uniform particle and no obvious impurity phase.The initial discharge specific capacities of lithium battery doped with cobalt and nickel are 118.5,108.2 mAh/g capacity,respectively.After 50 cycles,the discharge specific capacity is 110.8,101.9 mAh/g,and the capacity retention is 93.5% and 94.2%,respectively.
