摘    要:介绍了不规则锰酸锂、球形锰酸锂和单晶锰酸锂三种不同形貌锰酸锂的合成工艺。采用显微图像测试方法对样品形貌及结构进行测试,研究它们的性能。对分别使用三种锰酸锂作为原材料制备而成的纽扣电池、软包电池进行电池循环、差热分析法(DTA)等测试,分析材料形貌在材料结构和热稳定性方面的作用。测试结果表明,单晶锰酸锂(LMO)综合性能最佳,尤其循环性能和热稳定性;不规则LMO各项性能指标均表现不佳;球形LMO多数性能指标居中,除倍率放电能力最优。

Abstract:The synthesis processes of three different morphologies of lithium manganate including irregular,spherical and single crystal lithium manganate were described.The morphology and structure of the samples were tested by microscopic image test method,and their properties were studied.The button and soft pack batteries made of three kinds of lithium manganese were tested by cell cycle and DTA test.The role of material morphology in the material structure and thermal stability was analyzed.The test results show that the single crystal LMO has the best comprehensive properties,especially the cycle performance and thermal stability;the irregular LMO has poor properties;most of the performance indexes of spherical LMO are better,except the optimal discharge capacity.
