| 摘 要： | 通信系统对于电源有较高的质量要求,实现对电源系统的有效监控是提高电能质量的重要举措。提出了一套基于分布式控制系统的通信电源监控系统。提出一种高效的监控模型,并且对蓄电池管理模块的设计做了详细的分析说明。除此之外,还提出了监控系统的区域性监控新方案。
