摘    要:阐述了磷酸铁锂电池的应用,分析磷酸铁锂的结构特性,并采用两步法加入碳源的工艺制备磷酸铁锂电池的正极材料,通过X射线衍射光谱法(XRD)、能量散射光谱(EDS)、扫描电镜(SEM)和透射电镜(TEM)进行了分析,结果表明LiFePO_4/C材料性能得到了很大提高。

Abstract:The application of the lithium iron phosphate cathode materials was described.Its structural characteristics were analyzed.The lithium iron phosphate was synthesized by carbothermal reduction method using ferric iron phosphate and lithium carbonate.The crystal structure and morphology of the LiFePO4/C were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD),energy dispersive spectrometer (EDS),scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and transmission electron microscope (TEM).The results show that the properties of the LiFePO4/C are enhanced.
