基于低速电动汽车的电池实时检测系统

摘    要:电池的管理问题一直阻碍了电动汽车的发展。为了保证电池的可靠运行,对电池的工作状态进行实时监测是非常必要的。设计了一种低速电动汽车电池实时检测系统,利用电路控制电池参数采集、充放电、散热,软件构建人机交互界面,并通过串行接口完成系统和上位机的数据传输。该设计可以解决电池的安全保护、故障分析、参数分析与显示等问题。

Abstract:The development of electric vehicles was hindered by the management of battery.In order to ensure the reliable operation of the battery,it was necessary to monitor the working status of the battery in real time.A low-speed electric vehicle battery real-time detection system was designed.The battery parameters acquisition,charging,discharging and cooling were achieved by the circuit control.Human-computer interaction interface was built by software.Data transmission of system to the host computer was completed through the serial interface.The problem of battery safety protection,fault analysis,parameter analysis and display were solved.
