微生物清防蜡菌性能评价及现场应用

摘    要:针对卫星油田原油中石蜡组分,选配了1组生物降解能力较强的复配菌种,包含枯草芽孢杆菌、蜡状芽孢杆菌、地衣芽孢杆菌等。室内实验表明,该复配菌种能使空白原油的含蜡量降低13.4%-19.0%,含胶量降低10.7%~17.8%。当加药浓度大于100mg/L时,防蜡率达到50%以上。现场4口井的清防蜡应用表明,该复配菌种清防蜡有效率达100%,加药周期由5d延长至10-28d,而且用量少,成本低,经济效益高。

Abstract:A series of mixed bacteria including bacillus subtilis,bacillus cereus,bacillus licheniformis and so on were prepared to remove and control paraffin in oil of Weixing Oilfileld.The laboratory tests showed that the mixed bacteria could decrease the content of paraffin and gel of blank crude oil by 13.4% - 19.0% and 10.7% - 17.8% respectively.When the bacteria concentration was higher than 100 mg/L,the paraffin removal and control rate was over 50%.The mixed bacteria culture was applied in 4 wells on site,the...
