| 摘 要： | 从前置处理、数值计算及后置处理三个方面出发，着重介绍可视化技术在电阻点焊过程数值分析软件中的应用。采用面向对象技术、可视化技术和人机交互技术等相结合，开发了电阻点焊过程数值模拟系统Visual SSRSW。该软件具有可视化的前后置处理模块，在前置处理中通过交互式的图形输入界面使用户能够方便、快捷的建立求解模型，在后置处理中能够将计算结果以图形方式直观地显示。

| Abstract: | Based on the pre-process, numerical simulation and post-process, the application of visualization technique, which is used in the numerical analysis of resistance spot welding process, is introduced. A simulation software of resistance spot welding was developed by using object-oriented pogramming, visualization technique and human-computer interaction technology. This software has visual pre-process and post-process modules. In the pre-process program, users can conveniently create solving model and the calculation results can be intuitively shown graphically in the post-process program |
