摘    要:尾矿外排是氧化铝生产过程的重要组成部分,尾矿堆场大多远离厂区,尾矿输送距离远。如何正确选择适合远距离输送尾矿的设备关系到氧化铝生产的连续性、稳定性和经济性。本文介绍了在氧化铝尾矿输送过程中使用SGMB型隔膜泵存在的问题以及对隔膜泵系统进行的优化改造,并对节能效果进行了分析比较。

Abstract:Red mud discharge is an important part during alumina production. Normally red mud should be discharged far away from alumina refinery, red mud is transported for a long distance. Therefore, how to correctly choose the key equipment for long transportation of red mud to deposit is the key concern to the continuity, stability and economy of alumina production. This paper introduces the problems of using SGMB Type Diaphragm Pump during the transportation of red mud, and the optimization of diaphragm pump system for those problems, also compares the effecs of energy saving.
