集沙仪等动力特性的光学实验研究

摘    要:为研究气固两相流组成结构,设计了一种被动式楔形集沙仪,用于测量气流中携带的固体颗粒物含量.利用PIV光学测量手段,在边界层风洞中对其进行了等动力特性研究.实验结果表明:集沙仪对环境流场的影响主要集中在床面区域,随着高度的增加,影响逐渐减弱并趋于稳定.综合各高度数据,显示该仪器具有良好的等动力特性,适宜于在现场观测和风洞实验中测量气固两相流结构.

Abstract:A passive wedge-shaped sand sampler is designed to measure the gas-solid two-phase flow structure at different heights, especially for the rate of saltation transport.The netted and streamlined designs implement the equidynamic condition of the vertical sand sampler.The comparative experiments of the two-phase flow field structure with and without the sand sampler are carried out in a boundary-layer wind-tunnel with PIV measurement system.The results indicate that the wedge-shaped sand sampler is able to remarkably reduce the stagnant effect and achieve equidynamic under different saltation conditions, and the vertical airflow velocity ratio confirms the higher sample efficiency of the sand sampler, especially at heights above the sand bed.
