摘    要:建立了同时测定果蔬中5种防腐杀菌剂(2.4-二氯苯氧乙酸、乙萘酚、乙氧基喹、对苯基苯酚、联苯醚)同时测定的高效液相色谱法。样品用V(水):V(乙醇)=50:50超声萃取,过固相萃取小柱分离,浓缩定容,经ZORBAX Extend XDB-C_(18)柱分离,以V(甲醇);V(水)=30:70(pH=8.0)为流动相,采用紫外检测器检测。5种防腐杀菌剂分离良好并排除了样品中杂质峰的干扰,加标平均回收率为95.7%~105%之间,相对标准偏差为0.81%~1.81%。检出限0.03~0.12 mg/L。

Abstract:An efficient method for analyzing five preservatives and bactericides,namely,2.4-dichlorophe- noxyacetic acid,2-naphthalenol,ethoxyquin,p-phenylphenol and diphenylether by high performance liquid chromatography was developed.Samples were extracted with water-methanol(V/V=50/50)by ultrasonic, depurated with SPE,concentrated,separated through ZORBAX Extend XDB-C18 column and determined with UV detector.Methanol-water(pH8.0,V/V=30/70)was used as mobile phase.The average recoveries for the five preservatives and bactericides ranged from 95.7%~105% with relative standard deviations of 0.81~1.81%,and the limits of detection were from 0.03~0.12 mg/L.the method is suitable to simultane- ous assay the five preservatives and bactericides in fruits and vegetables with simplicity and accuracy in a sin- gle injection.
