| 摘 要： | 电信运营商实行财务集中管理有诸多优点，但财务集中管理后如何对下属分支机构进行有效的财务支撑服务是财务集中管理必须解决的问题。财务集中管理后的配套支撑措施主要体现在财务管理支撑、内部审计、信息系统建设以及相关的业务配套改革等方面。
