摘    要:讨述了矿用L型活塞式压缩机常见故障及解决方法,针对气阀故障、活塞环损坏及气缸过热产生的原因和危害,提出了改进阀片形状,采用新材料加工阀片以及对冷却水进行预处理,降低其硬度,延缓结垢,从而降低气缸温度等有效的故障处理措施,延长了易损件的使用寿命,提高了空压机运行的安全性和经济性。

Abstract:Some common troubles of mining L type reciprocating compressor are analyzed.Based on these faults and reasons of these destroyed air-valve,piston ring and cylinder overheat,some methods of improving valve shape,employing new material,and preprocess cooling water,delaying deposition,reducing air cylinder temperature and so on are given.Prolong the operating life of wearing parts,increase the security and production quantity of compressor.
