定长缠绕玻璃钢夹砂管顶管技术的工程应用

摘    要:在南洲路污水管道工程中,采用泥水平衡机械施工技术进行了定长缠绕玻璃钢夹砂管顶管施工。详细介绍了定长缠绕玻璃钢夹砂管的技术指标及其接口构造设计、管道铺装方法,并对顶力作用下的玻璃钢夹砂顶管的轴向和径向应变进行了现场监测和数据分析,从而为全线施工提供了理论指导。该工程为对促进非开挖技术和玻璃钢夹砂管的推广应用起到了积极作用。

Abstract:In the sewage project of Nanzhou Road,a mechanical construction technology with equilibrium of slurry and soil was used for the construction of glass fibre reinforced plastic mortar pipe(FRMP) of the definite-length-winding for pipe jacking.The paper introduces in detail the technical index,the design of adaptor structure and the piping methods of the FRMP of the definite-length-winding.The axial and radial changes of the FRMP of the definite-length-winding for pipe jacking were monitored on site,and the data were analyzed.It provides a theoretical guidance for the concrete construction.The engineering may play a positive role for the generalization and application of the trenchless technology and FRMP.
