MoVTeNb复合金属催化剂制备及性能研究

摘    要:MoVTeNbOx复合金属氧化物催化剂是目前丙烷直接氧化制丙烯酸反应催化性能最好的一类催化剂。简要介绍了该复合金属催化剂制备方法,考察了不同碲源复合催化剂的催化性能、预焙烧温度对复合金属催化剂性能的影响。结果表明,碲酸为碲源制备的催化剂催化性能较好;以二氧化碲为碲源制备的催化剂经300℃预焙烧后,催化剂性能和丙烯酸收率均明显提高。

Abstract:MoVTeNb compound metal oxide was a kind of catalyst with the best catalytic activity in direct oxidation of propane into acrylic acid. The methods to prepare compound metal oxide as catalysts were briefly introduced. The effects of different source of Te in compound metal oxide and precalcination temperature on the catalytic activities were examined. The result showed that the catalyst prepared from telluric acid had better catalytic activity and the catalyst prepared from tellurium dioxide had obviously improved catalytic activity with improved product yield after precalcination at 300 ℃.
