| 摘 要： | 介绍了唐钢几座蓄热式轧钢加热炉所采用的主要工艺技术，并结合生产实际，重点剖析了唐钢蓄热式加热炉发生过的各类事故的现象、原因和措施，提出了较合理的工艺优化及改进措施。希望能给国内轧钢企业广泛推广应用蓄热式加热炉，以及更好利用已有蓄热式加热炉提供有益的借鉴。

| Abstract: | This article introduced the main process technology adopted by several regenerative heatingfurnace in TangGang rolling mill. And combining with production, focus on all kinds of disturbance that had happened, analyzed its phenomenon, reason, and measure had taken, put forward some reasonable and effective method for optimizing and improving the process technology. Hope to provide some useful reference for promote the application of regenerative heating furnace and take better advantage of the existing ones in domestic rolling mill. |
