| 摘 要： | 首先阐述了高管人员绩效评价的重要性，在建立高管人员绩效评价指标体系的基础上，介绍了基于B—P神经网络的高管人员绩效评价机理，并给出了应用实例。通过该实例表明，该评价方法具有准确性和实用性的特点，是一种评价高管人员绩效的有效方法。
