LNG产业视角下不同天然气制氢模式的终端氢气成本分析

摘    要:氢能的快速发展为LNG产业延伸产业链、提高附加值提供了宝贵的战略机遇。站在LNG产业视角,给出了三种融合发展氢能的路径,并基于这三种路径设想了六种最贴近实际、最可能得到实施的发展模式。分别对六种发展模式的制氢、储运和加注三个环节的氢气成本,以及出加氢枪终端的氢气总成本进行了分析,并与副产氢模式进行对比。结果表明LNG产业发展氢能在成本上具有一定的竞争力,城市周边的大、中规模天然气制氢模式和站内小型天然气制氢模式是重点发展的方向。国际氢供应链目前的氢气成本较高,液态有机物氢载体(LOHC)的整体氢气成本低于液氢,未来随着氢气国际贸易的成熟和规模的扩大,成本有望大幅降低,成为与LNG产业平行的进口氢气新产业。

Abstract:The rapid development of hydrogen industry provides a valuable strategic opportunity for LNG industry to extend its industrial chain and increase its value. From the perspective of LNG industry, this paper gives three paths to integrate hydrogen energy development, and based on these three paths, conceives six development models that are closest to reality and most likely to be implemented. The costs of hydrogen production, storage, transportation and refueling of the six development modes and the total cost of hydrogen out of the filling gun are analyzed and compared with the by-product hydrogen mode. It is concluded that hydrogen from LNG industry has competitive advantage in cost. The large and medium scale natural gas to hydrogen around the city and small scale natural gas to hydrogen inside the hydrogen station are the key development directions. At present, the cost of hydrogen in the international hydrogen supply chain is relatively high, and the overall cost of hydrogen in liquid organic hydrogen carrier(LOHC) is lower than that in liquid hydrogen. In the future, with the maturity and scale expansion of international trade in hydrogen, the cost is expected to be significantly reduced, and hydrogen will become a new international energy trade commodity parallel to LNG industry.
