摘    要:针对某船的12V PA6-280型柴油机在使用过程中出现的连杆瓦碎裂、活塞拉缸、活塞顶群分离、曲轴出现裂纹等故障,在分析故障发生前柴油机使用和保养情况的基础上,对可能引起故障的原因进行了逐一排查.排查结果表明:轴瓦减磨层钢背存在微裂纹,且连杆瓦瓦背与连杆大端孔贴合不紧密,在使用过程中产生微动磨损和疲劳破坏,最终导致瓦背...

Abstract:Aiming at the failure of a 12V PA6-280 marine diesel engine, including broken connecting rod bush, piston scuffing, separation of piston crown unit, crankshaft crack, etc., based on the analysis of the use and maintenance condition of the diesel engine before failure, the possible causes of the failure were investigated one by one. The investigation results show that there were micro-cracks on the steel back of the wear reducing layer of the bearing bush, and the back of the connecting rod bush didn''t fit tightly with the big end hole of the connecting rod, resulting in fretting wear and fatigue damage during operation, which eventually led to the fracture of the back of the bearing bush. Based on this, the relevant maintenance suggestions are put forward.
