膜片簧检测机的有限元分析

摘    要:膜片簧检测机是用于检测汽车离合器中弹性元件力学特性的装置。在机器正常工作时,该机器的施力支撑元件机身与被测工件安装基件平板间发生较大相对位移,影响了检测的精度。为了探讨该检测机产生变形的大小、变形的部位,采用有限元分析的方法,模拟了工作栽荷作用下该结构的静态和动态响应,得出了变形结果,预测了引起变形的各种原因,为改进设计提供了依据。

Abstract:The membrane spring detector is a device used for detecting the dynamic characteristics of elastic element in the car clutch.While the machine is working normally,a comparatively big relative displacement was occurred between the frame,force exerting and supporting component of that machine,and the flat board,basic assembly component of the workpiece to be tested,thus the tested precision was being affected.In order to probe into the magnitude and position of deformation produced by this detector,the finite element analysis method was adopted to simulate the static and dynamic responses of this structure under the effect of working load.The result of deformation was obtained and various kinds of reasons that caused deformation was predicted,thus provided a basis for improving the design.
