巯基聚乙烯醇纤维的制备及其吸附性能的研究

摘    要:以缩苯甲醛化及半碳化处理后的高强聚乙烯醇纤维为原料,利用它与巯基乙酸的酯化反应将-SH基团引入合成纤维骨架,制成一种新型的功能纤维——巯基聚乙烯醇螯合纤维。文中研究了这种纤维对Cu^2+、Zn^2+、Pb^2+金属离子的吸附性能,讨论了吸附酸度、吸附时间等因素对3种金属离子吸附性能的影响,得出了该纤维对上述金属离子的吸附量及选择性大小的顺序:Pb^2+〉Zn^2+〉Cu^2+.实验表明本文制得的巯基聚乙烯醇纤维螯合容量较大,反应速率较快,尤其是机械强度高达4.0cN/dtex,具有实用价值、

Abstract:A new functional thiol-polyvinyl alcohol fiber is prepared by using the high strength polyvinyl alcohol fiber ace-talized and semi-carbonized as raw materials to react with thioglycolic acid to import-SH group into a synthetic fiber framework. The absorption properties of this fiber for Cu2+ , Zn2+ and Pb2 + are studied. The influences of various pH values and adsorpting time on adsorption capacity are discussed. The selectivity sequence of the che-lating fiber to mentioned metal ions is reached, which is Pb2+ > Zn2 + > Cu2+ . The experimental results show that the exchange capacity of this fiber is high, the reaction rate is fast, and the relatively high mechanical strength of this fiber is approximately 4. 0 cN/dtex. So this fiber is suitable for many applications.
