硬岩隧道快速掘进的钻爆技术

摘    要:以秦岭隧道掘进为例 ,研究了实现硬岩特长隧道月进尺 3 0 0m以上快速掘进的钻爆技术。研究认为 ,选择与岩石匹配良好的炸药、优化掏槽方案、提高钻孔精度、用机制炮泥堵塞 ,是实现硬岩隧道快速、高效钻爆法掘进的主要对策。试验结果表明 ,采取上述措施后 ,炸药单耗降低了约 3 0 % ,每循环的炮孔数减少了 2 4% ,钻爆成本节减了近 2 0 % ,掘进速度保持在 3 0 0m/月以上

Abstract:Taking the excavation of Qinling Tunnel as an example,the drilling and blasting technology is researched for rapid excavation of extra long tunnels in hard rock,with an advance rate of 300m/mth It is considered that the main countermeasures for realizing rapid excavation of hard rock tunnels are selection of the explosive having a good impedance matching to rock,optimization of cut pattern,improvement of drilling accuracy and use of stemming plug Test results show that powder factor is decreased by about 30%,blastholes per round reduced by 24%,the cost of drilling and blasting saved by 20% and the tunneling rate of over 300m/mth kept up after taking the above measures
