| 摘 要： | 过滤槽法过滤麦汁，可影响麦汁的糖化继续；带入氧影响麦汁质量；洗糟也影响麦汁质量。过滤槽法过滤麦汁的操作要点有：控制氧的带入；提高麦汁的清亮度；提高过滤速度，缩短过滤时间；过滤过程中加强对麦汁质量参数的检查。（孙悟）

| Abstract: | The filtration of wort by filter tanks would in fl uence the continuity of wort saccharification,the attended oxygen would influ-ence the quality of the wort,and the washing of tanks would also influence the quality of the wort.Therefore,the operation points during filtration were as f ollows :controls of the quantity of the attended oxygen;improvement of the cl earness of wort;improvement of filtration rate for shorter filtration time ;s trictly examination of the parameters of wort quality during filtration.(Tran .by YUE Yang) |
