摘    要:过滤槽法过滤麦汁,可影响麦汁的糖化继续;带入氧影响麦汁质量;洗糟也影响麦汁质量。过滤槽法过滤麦汁的操作要点有:控制氧的带入;提高麦汁的清亮度;提高过滤速度,缩短过滤时间;过滤过程中加强对麦汁质量参数的检查。(孙悟)

Abstract:The filtration of wort by filter tanks would in fl uence the continuity of wort saccharification,the attended oxygen would influ-ence the quality of the wort,and the washing of tanks would also influence the quality of the wort.Therefore,the operation points during filtration were as f ollows :controls of the quantity of the attended oxygen;improvement of the cl earness of wort;improvement of filtration rate for shorter filtration time ;s trictly examination of the parameters of wort quality during filtration.(Tran .by YUE Yang)
