摘    要:采用金刚石工具切削硬脆材料要求机床具有高刚度和超微量进给功能。为满足小型特殊镜头加工的需要,提出一种由压电陶瓷驱动的倾角微调主轴夹盘和实际闭环控制的微进给机构。夹盘采用中心球面轴承支承的高刚度结构,实验表明所设计的机构能满足短焦距镜头切削加工的需要。

Abstract:The paper describes the design of machine for cutting hard brittle geodesic lens which use back up structure and spherical bearing installed on the center of the workholder to increase body rigidity.To meet the need of cutting accuracy,a new type of surface tilting error adjustment device and fine infeed device driven by high precision PZT actuator are developed.With experiment and analysis,the best machining condition have been obtained.
