恒应变速率拉伸试验机的控制系统

摘    要:根据试样初始标距长度、试验机横梁移动速度、试样真实恒应变速率和时间的理论关系式,设计了改进的控制系统。在不破坏原机功能的前提下,只要将其以适当方式插入的控制系统,就能实现恒变速率拉伸试验。比较了国内外电子万能试验机的恒变变速率拉伸试验功能,论证恒应变速率对研究超塑性的重要性,并旨出所设计的改进控制系统完全能满足超塑性变形的精度要求。

Abstract:The authors designed a kind of improved control system based on the theoretical relation among the initial gauge length of sample, travel rate of testing machine transom, time and sample's real constant-strain rate. The constant-strain rate tensile test could be realized by means of the improved control system inserting original control system in a proper way, and the performance of the original testing machine does not be affected. The authors compared the functions of constant-strain rate tensile test with many universal electronic testing machines, pointed out the importance of constant-strain rate for studying superplasticity, and indicated that the improved control system completely meets the need of precision on superplastic deformation.
