| 摘 要： | 提出一种敏捷制造的实施方法，主要包括敏捷制造实施的供合作、系列化制造合作和智能合作３级层次以及敏捷制造战略选择、敏捷化建设、敏捷制造系统建立和敏捷制造系统运行与管理４大步骤。指出敏捷制造实施是一个不断完善和发展的过程，给出一个框架性实施方案。

| Abstract: | This paper lays out a methodology of AM implementation of an enterprise, which includes three levels and four main steps The three levels are: goods chain cooperation, modular/series cooperation and intelligent cooperation.The four steps are: the enterprise's strategy decision, the enterprise's agile construction, the AM system building, the running and management of the AM system The authors point out that the implementation of agile manufacturing is a process of continually constructing, developing and reconstructing The paper gives a framework schema of AM implementation |
