摘    要:探讨应用人工神经网络建立变形高温合金本构关系的方法和效果。研究结果表明,应用人工神经网络建立变形高温合金本构关系能客观地反映材料在塑性加工过程中的动态行为,是一种具有广泛应用前景的建立工程材料本构关系的方法。

Abstract:Constitutive relationship is the medium between the dynamic response of materials during plastic working processes and thermomechanical parameters,so that it is regarded as the prerequisite for simulation of forming processes by using finite element method. Because of high nonlinearity, the constitutive relationship for wrought superalloys formulated by mathematical statistics according to the Arrhenius type equations is not convenient to be incorporated into finite element software due to complexity of the stucture. In this paper, an attempt is made to establish the constitutive relationship for wrought superallogs using artificial neural network (ANN) which is a new tool to deal with information. The results of this study indicate that ANN is a promising tool for establishing the constitutive relationship for wrought superallogs, because the constitutive relationship for wrough superallogs established by using ANN can authentically reveal the dynamic behavior of materials during plastic working processes.
