摘    要:针对NC加工的具体情况,在总结现有评估理论的基础上,提出基于满意度的模糊层次分析法。阐明了该评估方法的理论基础和评估过程,给针该方法用于一个NC加工走刀模式评估的应用实例,结果表明,该方法充分利用了现有评估方法的优点,结合认知科学的一些研究成果,较好地反映了人们的思维过程,得到了与实际加工相吻合的结果。

Abstract:With the development of evaluation theory for several decades, it has been widely used in the area of economics and management. However, it is rarely adopted in Manufacturing industry. Aiming at evaluation of NC machining process in this paper, a method of satisfactory-degree-based fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (SFAHP) is presented on the basis of comprehensive analysis of current evaluation theory. Meanwhile,the theoretical basis and evaluating stages of SFAHP are discussed in detail and a practical example is illustrated, in which some NC machining tool-paths are evaluated. It is shown by evaluation results that advantages of current evaluation methods and some achievements of cognitive science are systematically integrated with embodied thinking pattern in the SFAHP. It is also proved that evaluation results are consistent with practice.
