| 摘 要： | 学生政治辅导员是从事高校学生思想政治工作的主力军，其中的师生关系直接关系到辅导员工作的稳定和发展，关系到大学生的健康成长。辅导员应该热爱学生，严格要求，尊重学生，平等信任，把学生培养成国家建设和社会发展所需要的人。

| Abstract: | The students'political instructors are the main force engaged in the ideological and political work of the college students. The relationship between the teachers and the students has a direct influence on the stability and development of the instructors'work as well as the development of the college students.The instructors should love,respect and be strict with the students and finally train them to be the persons that are needed in the state construction and the social development. |
