加弧辉光离子无氢渗碳对钛合金表面粗糙度的影响

摘    要:利用加弧辉光离子渗镀技术对Ti-6Al-4V(TC4)钛合金进行离子无氢渗碳,在改善表面摩擦学性能的同时,还有效的避免了其它有氢介质渗碳所产生的钛合金氢脆问题,是一种新的钛合金表面改性技术。介绍了加弧辉光离子无氢渗碳的原理并着重研究了不同温度、不同靶距条件下钛合金表面粗糙度的变化。研究表明,高温加弧辉光离子无氢渗碳在一定程度上使得钛合金的表面粗糙度变差,其中渗碳温度和靶距的影响比较明显。

Abstract:This paper introduces a new titanium alloys surface strengthening treatment by using the technique of the arc added glow discharge plasma non hydrogen carburizing. High purity and high strength graphite is selected as cooling cathode arc source for supplying carbon atoms. These atoms and particle migrate to the titanium alloy (Ti6Al4V) surface and form carburizing layer. At same time, titanium alloy avoids the hydrogen brittleness. On the other hand, the surface roughness of titanium alloy with non hydrogen carburizing was studied for different carburizing temperature and different distance from the cathode arc source. The results show that the surface roughness of specimens is worsened. The effect of the carburizingtemperature and the distance from the cathode arc source is very obviously.
