| 摘 要： | 以无毒复合溶剂溶解P2O5对天然油脂，羊毛脂等进行磷酸酯的绿色合成，并制成磷酸酯类皮革加脂剂，克服了磷酸化反应中P2O5易结块，使反应物料脱水碳化等不足，彻底解决了粉状P2O5投料方式这一难题，实现了磷酸酯类加脂剂合成的绿色化，采用这一新方法可以使原来的非均相变为均相反应，显著提高反应转化率，该项技术还可应用于纺织印染助剂等磷酸酯类精细化学品的生产中。

| Abstract: | This article summarized the relationship between green chemistry and leather industry. It explains the absorption and utilization rates of leather chemicals in leather process. It also elaborates the basic ideas of environmental benigny of leather fat-liquoring agent. At the same time, it puts forward the necessity of biology decomposition of leather chemical products and its corresponding testing standard and methods. |
