| Abstract: | Project changing balance is an import job to confirm the investment for both contractor and owner.It influences investment control goal directly.The project changing balance could be done well by strengthening the management,controlling the project alteration strictly,adopting scientific way as well as taking contract first as equitable and logical principle,considering project integration benefit at the same time. |
