| 摘 要： | 为实现铜-铝管的优质焊接,需要研制相应的焊接设备。以系统的观点采用功能分析法进行分析设计,通过对总功能的分解和原理解的组合,得到了铜-铝管对焊机的形态学矩阵。通过对形态学矩阵中各方案的分析评价,得到了最佳的可行方案。实践证明,用这种设计方法研制出的铜-铝管对焊机,为企业带来良好经济效益。 |

| Abstract: | Special welding equipment must be developed,to achieve Cu-Al pipe weldment in high quality.In the view of system,adopts the function analytical method,which is one of the modern mechanical system design methods,to analyze and design the equipment.Through decomposing the general function and synthesizing all the function cells,the function structure of the welding equipment has been established.Furthermore,the morphological matrix can be set up.After the evaluation of all the schemes in the morphological matrix,the optimum scheme has been achieved. |
