| 摘 要： | 文章介绍了环境场地评价的习的、定义和程序，随后详细描述了其中的第一阶段环境场地评价的主要调查内容和分析方法，并运用基本的化工厂租用新场地的案例全面具体地说明了第一阶段环境场地评价的实际工作活动、分析过程和结果，从而证明环境场地评价的第一阶段工作在场地变更时的重要作用，又体现了企业的环境责任和风险意识。

| Abstract: | The paper introduced the purpose, definition and procedure of Environmental Site Assessment （ESA）, and then in detail described of the main survey contents and analysis methods of Phase I ESA, and used the basic case, which was one chemical plant hire new site, comprehensive and specific explains the actual work activities, analyze process and results of Phase I ESA, from that, it proved Phase I ESA had the important role in site changes and also reflected the company＇s environmental responsibility and risk consciousness. |
