摘    要:简要介绍了射频识别技术(RFID)系统的工作原理与功能特性,综述了RFID技术在食品跟踪与追溯中的国内外研究进展及其与其他溯源技术的区别与联系,并在此基础上指出了制约可追溯系统应用的主要问题,展望了RFID技术在食品领域的应用前景。

Abstract:In this paper,the work principle and characteristics of RFID were simply introduced. Then the technical research advancement and the differentiate and connection between RFID and others were expounded.Moreover, the key problem of application and its application prospect in food was described.
