| 摘 要： | 从发展接替产业，加快辽河油田企业改革，完善城市功能，发展城市经济，利用国家对单一资源性城市实行特殊扶持政策等方面提出了辽河油田城市与建筑可持续发展的对策，对于解决资源型城市要持续发展的问题具有重要的现实意义。

| Abstract: | From development of substitutive industry,speeding up reform of enterprises in Liaohe oil field,perfecting city functions,developing city economy,utilizing national support policy to single resource city and other aspects countermeasures are proposed to promote the sustainable development of city and architecture in Liaohe oil field,which is significant to resolve the sustainable development problem of resource cities. |
