摘    要:介绍了多通道高速电子数粒装瓶控制系统的硬件和软件控制技术。系统主控采用高速PLC,实现振动送料、数粒、料门控制、正瓶放瓶、剔除和远程故障诊断等功能;数粒检测单元采用多MCU分布式结构,能消除粉尘干扰,检测颗粒碎片、颗粒粘连、提高数粒速度和精度。该系统可广泛应用于制药、食品、保健品、化妆品行业。
