沥青转运车结构的CAE分析与试验研究

摘    要:利用有限元方法对LHZ25A沥青混合料转运车进行CAE分析计算,根据沥青混合料的特性,建立料仓内侧壁面压力分布的载荷模型,得到转运车结构的应力分布规律,找出应力集中和变形位移最大的位置,为转运车的结构设计提供依据。对该车进行应力测试和动态响应测试,测试结果显示两者一致。

Abstract:Finite element method is carried through CAE analysis and calculation of LHZ25A asphalt mix transfer vehicle. According to the characteristics of asphalt mix, a load model to describe the pressure distribution on inside wall surface of bin is established. Stress distribution regularity of the transfer vehicle structure is obtained. Locations where stress concentrates and with greatest deformations are found out, which provides a reference for the structure design of the transfer vehicle. Stress test and dynamic respond test show consistent results.
